AutoStore Holdings Ltd. – Correction of long-term incentive plan 2024 grants
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) on 11 September 2024, regarding new grants under the Company's long-term incentive plan for 2024 ("LTIP").
The Company has discovered an error in one of the allocations for LTIP 2024 granted in September. Following the correction, the primary insider, Parth Joshi, has been awarded a total of 673,668 options and 316,974 performance share units ("PSUs") under the LTIP for 2024, as further described in the updated attached form.
As a result of the corrected allocation, the total number of options awarded under the LTIP for 2024 as of 11 September 2024 was 2,969,761, and the total number of PSUs awarded under the LTIP for 2024 was 1,397,330.
