Autostore Holdings Ltd. – Correction of grants under the long-term incentive plan for 2023
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by AutoStore Holdings Ltd., (the "Company" or "AutoStore", OSE: AUTO) on 14 July 2023, where the remuneration committee, a subcommittee of the board of directors of the Company approved new grants under the long-term incentive plan for 2023 ("LTIP") for certain members of the Company's management and other leading employees (the "Executives") in line with the terms as adopted by the annual general meeting of the Company held on 19 May 2022.
Due to a calculation error, certain executives were granted an incorrect number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the LTIP for 2023 and adjustments have been made accordingly. A total of an additional 165,895 RSUs have been awarded under the LTIP for 2023 today. The total number of RSUs in the LTIP for 2023 is therefore 556,931. The RSUs are subject to a time based vesting and shall vest on the date falling 36 months following the date of grant.
