Autoliv Declares Quarterly Dividend
(Stockholm, Sweden, February 16, 2023) – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV.sdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 66 cents for the first quarter of 2023.
The dividend will be payable on Thursday, March 23, 2023 to Autoliv shareholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, March 8. The ex-date will be Tuesday, March 7, for holders of common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
