Atria Plc's Annual Report 2021 has been published

Atria has today published the Annual Report 2021 in Finnish and English, which includes the financial statements, the report by board of directors, the Corporate Governance Statement and the remuneration report.

The financial statements of the Annual Report include Atria Group’s financial statements and the parent company's financial statements. The report on non-financial information is included in the report by board of directors.

The corporate governance section of the Annual Report contains the Corporate Governance Statement and the remuneration report of the governing bodies.

Atria Plc has published the Financial Statement as an XHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF file is attached to this company announcement and available in English at www.atria.fi/en/group/investors/financial-information/annual-reports/. In addition, the Corporate Responsibility Report 2021 has been published on Atria's website.
