Asker announces an increase in the number of shares and votes
The number of shares and votes in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) (“Asker” or the “Company”) have increased as a result of a new issue of 21,428,571 shares carried out in connection with the listing of the Company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Board of Directors resolved on the new share issue on 26 March 2025, pursuant to the authorization from the annual general meeting (“AGM”) held on 4 March 2025.
Furthermore, the number of shares and votes have increased as a result of a set-off issue of 20,552,600 shares directed to certain shareholders in the Company, which was carried out to settle existing shareholder loans to Asker. The AGM resolved on the set-off issue on 4 March 2025.
Through the share issues, the number of shares and votes in Asker increased by a total of 41,981,171.
As of 31 March 2025, the total number of shares in Asker amounts to 383,036,497, corresponding to a total of 383,036,497 votes. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
