Arjo secures renewal of major rental tender in France
Arjo wins the highly esteemed UGAP rental tender in France, securing yet another five years of offering premium rental solutions to healthcare providers across France. The win is also another step in the company’s journey towards driving profitable growth and a proof of Arjo’s position as a trusted partner to healthcare.
The rental tender is organized by the French public procurement organization UGAP, and Arjo is the incumbent tender provider – a position held by the company over the last ten years. The renewed contract covers more than 900 customers, representing a total annual tender value of around EUR 25 M per year over five years, starting in 2024. In addition to being a major driver of Arjo’s French rental business, the renewal is expected to further leverage business opportunities within pressure injury prevention solutions.
With many care providers under pressure, the rental offering provides more flexibility both financially and in terms of access to the right equipment.
“Our rental business is an important driver for increasing our growth and profitability in the coming years, and we have remained focused to expand this business further across the European markets. By winning this tender, we can also continue to grow our business in the important French market”, says Joacim Lindoff, President & CEO of Arjo.
The UGAP tender represents an important part of Arjo’s total rental business in France, and strengthens Arjo’s position as one of the leading providers in the field.
“Our team in France has done a great job in providing customers with top class rental solutions, and the renewed UGAP tender contract is a solid testament of that”, Joacim Lindoff concludes.
