Archer Limited: Registration of reverse share split

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Archer Limited (the "Company") (OSE: ARCH) on April 30, 2024, regarding the Company's general meeting resolving a reverse share split of the Company's shares in the ratio 25:1.

The reverse share split has now been registered in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS). Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is USD 16,242,649.50 divided into 64,970,598 shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.25.
