Archer Limited - Notice of Exercise of Call Option Notice

Hamilton. Bermuda (February 12, 2025)

We refer to the announcement published 6 February 2025 regarding the successful placement of a new senior secured bond issue. Archer Norge AS has today officially notified Nordic Trustee AS of its decision to exercise the call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its FRN senior secured second lien bonds with ISIN NO0012878992.

The outstanding bonds will be repaid at a price equal to the Make Whole Amount, with repayment scheduled for 27 February 2025. The Record date for the call option will be 25 February 2025.
