Appointment of Interim CFO

COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 108

LED iBond International A/S has appointed Peter Jensen as Interim CFO. Peter Jensen is an experienced CFO with an auditing background from Beierholm audit firm. Flemming Thomsen, interim CEO of LED iBond International, comments:

“I am pleased to welcome Peter as our new interim CFO. Peter’s extensive financial experience and auditing background makes him a valuable addition to LED iBond. He will play a key role during the current ramp up and commercialisation of LED iBond.”

Peter Jensen will take up his new position on 1 November 2024. Peter Jensen takes over the position from Bent Faurskov, who gave notice as per company announcement 107 of 16 September 2024.
