Anders Ullberg declines re-election as Chairman of the Board of Studsvik AB

Anders Ullberg, who has been Studsvik's Chairman of the Board since 2007, has announced that he is not available for re-election ahead of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee will propose Jan Bardell as new Chairman. He was elected to Studsvik's Board of Directors at the 2022 Annual General Meeting and has for a long time worked at Vattenfall and been President and CEO of ONE Nordic and is currently, among other things, Chairman of the Board of Infranord.
