AMSC ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

21 March 2024 - Peter D. Knudsen, board member of AMSC ASA ("AMSC" or the "Company"), has today acquired 6,000 shares in AMSC through the company Vilja AS. The price per share was NOK 25.4500, which implies a total consideration of NOK 152,700.00. Following the transaction, Vilja AS holds a total of 40,000 shares in AMSC, constituting approximately 0.056% of the Company's shares and votes.
