AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Reference is made to the Company's Q4 2024 report, regarding the Board's authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of NOK 3.9255 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of 14 February 2025. The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend NOK 3.9255 as from today, 17 February 2025.

The dividend will be paid on or about 25 February 2025 and is classified as a return of paid in capital.
