AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Reference is made to the Company's Q2 2023 report, regarding the Board's authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of 30 August 2023.  The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend USD 0.12 as from today, 29 August 2023.  The NOK amount per share will be 1.287 and will be paid on or about 7 September 2023.  The dividend is classified as a return of paid in capital.
