AMSC ASA - Ex dividend today

Reference is made to the Company's Q1 2023 report, regarding the Board's authorization to pay a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 per share to the shareholders of AMSC on record as of 31 May 2023.  The shares in AMSC ASA will be traded ex dividend USD 0.12 as from today, 30 May 2023.  The NOK amount per share will be 1.32 and will be paid on or about 8 June 2023.  The dividend is classified as a return of paid in capital.
