Alligo acquires the Swedish profile company Topline AB
Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in the Swedish profile company Topline AB
Topline AB has operations in Borås and Gothenburg and is also present in Kalmar through the subsidiary Topline Kalmar AB. Both companies have a total turnover of approximately SEK 60 million and have 16 employees. Topline sells workwear, profile clothing and product media.
