Alleima appoints new President for Tube division

Alleima appoints Carl von Schantz as new President for the Tube division and member of the Group Executive Management for Alleima as of November 17, 2023, at the latest. He succeeds Michael Andersson, who will leave the company as of June 2023, as previously announced. Carl von Schantz is today President for the General Industry Tools and Assembly Systems division at Atlas Copco.

Carl von Schantz was born 1973 and comes most recently from Atlas Copco, where he, since the last five years, holds a position as President for the General Industry Tools and Assembly Systems division. The division is a world leading provider of assembly tools and solutions to industries such as general assembly, aerospace, electronics, energy and the offroad. Before that he, for seven years, held a position as Senior Vice President & Head of Energy Sector at Lantmännen.

Nigel Haworth, who since February 13, 2023, has been acting President of the Tube division, will continue in the role until Carl von Schantz begins his position.

The position as President for the Tube division is located in Sandviken.
