Aker Solutions ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

June 6, 2023—Nina Amble, a person closely associated to Jan Arve Haugan, member of the Board of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA, today sold shares in Aker Solutions ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange. 
 

Amble sold 22 912 shares at a price of NOK 36.56 per share. Following the transaction, Amble does not hold any shares in Aker Solutions.
