Agreement with the IT distributor N.O.D is increased by 75 million DKK

In reference to company announcement no. 28-23, Shape Robotics and Network One Distribution are extending the framework agreement by an additional minimum of €10 million (approx. MDKK 75) to be delivered in 2024. The framework agreement encompasses a broad spectrum of Shape Robotics solutions, including proprietary products and third-party offerings, primarily for public acquisitions in Component C 15: Education of PNRR, which includes "SmartLabs.
Today's news does not alter the guidance announced for 2024, where Shape Robotics anticipates a revenue to the range of DKK 300-325 million and an expected EBITDA of at least DKK 14-18 million.
