Addtech acquires BV Teknik A/S

Addtech Automation, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire 100 % of the shares outstanding in BV Teknik A/S (”BV Teknik”).

BV Teknik designs and builds customized production solutions and other high-tech equipment for the automation industry with focus on medical technology. The company has 24 employees and a turnover of approximately DKK 55 million with headquarters in Holstebro, Denmark.

With its long experience and broad expertise in smart production, BV Teknik will complement and strengthen Addtech's existing operations in the Motion & Drives business unit.

The closing will take place today. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Addtech's earnings per share during the current financial year.
