AAC CLYDE SPACE ISSUES RENUMERATION SHARES

AAC Clyde Space has issued 525,458 shares to the previous owners of Omnisys Instrument AB as an earn-out payment achieved as the European Space Agency's (ESA) Arctic Weather Satellite passed Critical Design Review in July 2023.
Critical Design Review is a key step to start the manufacturing of the satellite ahead of planned launch in 2024. AAC Clyde Space supplies the mission's main instrument, as well as core avionics, under contracts valued at a total of 13.5 MEUR (approx. 160 MSEK).
The share issue increases the total number of shares in AAC Clyde Space to 284,741,764. The earn-out is the third of potentially six equal earnout issues of remuneration shares to the previous owners of Omnisys Instruments AB.
