AAC Clyde Space issues renumeration shares
AAC CLYDE SPACE ISSUES RENUMERATION SHARES

The previous owners of Omnisys Instruments AB convert the remaining third of their warrants into shares in AAC Clyde Space. Consequently, AAC Clyde Space has issued 5,780,845 shares, bringing the total number of shares in AAC Clyde Space to 204,811,821.
An extraordinary general meeting on 22 April 2021 resolved to issue 17,340,100 warrants as part of the renumeration to the sellers of Omnisys Instruments AB. The warrants were convertible at 6, 12 and 18 months after the completion of the acquisition on 30 April 2021. After this conversion, all of these warrants have been converted into shares in AAC Clyde Space.
