A RescueRunner system ordered for Redningsselskapet in Norway
Redningsselskapet is expanding its lifesaving capacity with a new order of a RescueRunner system.
Redningsselskapet in Norway is strengthening its fleet with an additional RescueRunner, which will be integrated into their newest vessel, RS 177, a 22-meter boat part of the Ulstein Class.
The RescueRunner system is a highly flexible and efficient boat system that can operate in shallow and inaccessible waters where larger boats cannot reach. With its impressive buoyancy and stability, the RescueRunner becomes a perfect complement to integrate with the mothership.
“We are very pleased that Redningsselskapet has chosen to order a new RescueRunner and use it on their latest addition to their extensive rescue fleet. We hope it will be of great use and look forward to continued close cooperation in the future,” says Lukas Brehm, Vice President at Safe at Sea.
The RescueRunner system will be delivered in Q2 2025.
The order value is approximately SEK 620,000.
