Xspray Pharma: Seeking Pre-motion Conference - Redeye

Today, legal documents from the BMS vs. Xspray litigation process were released, in which Xspray notifies the court that it requests a pre-motion conference and claims that an outright dismissal is warranted. Based on its claim that Xspray's NDA cannot infringe the asserted patents as a matter of law. We leave a short comment.
