Transtema: Settlement Agreement with GlobalConnect - Redeye

Redeye believes Transtema’s settlement agreement with GlobalConnect is reasonable. While costing SEK35m, it eliminates the risk of a higher fine and enables strengthened relations with GlobalConnect. The quality issues in FTTH construction work causing the dispute are irrelevant to today’s Transtema. Following this settlement, Transtema has no substantial disputes with downside risks.
