Redeye takes a positive stance on the news that Tobii Dynavox has entered into an agreement to acquire German Rehadapt, a worldwide provider of mounting solutions for assistive technology. The acquisition of mounting solutions company creates an integral assistive part of assistive communication solutions. The total purchase consideration amounts to EUR15m on a cash and debt-free basis.
