Thunderful Group: Divesting NGS - Redeye

Redeye comments on Thunderful Group’s divestment of the distribution company of gaming hardware, called Nordic Game Supply (NGS) for an estimated price of SEK76m. After initiating a strategic review of NGS in February, Thunderful Group announced today its intention to divest the company to Bergsala’s CEO, Henrik Mathiasen.
