StrongPoint Q2: A soft quarter - ABG

Q2: soft quarter due to low sales
StrongPoint reported Q2 revenues of NOK 337m, in line with ABGSC. This is up 5% yoy driven by M&A, but excluding M&A revenue declined 3% as customers are delaying orders. Also note that the 3% yoy underlying sales decline is boosted by FX. The gross margin was 40%, up 1.2 pp y-o-y and better than ABGSCe 38.0%. Underlying EBITDA was NOK 3.6m giving an EBIT loss of NOK 7m, which is down from the Q2'22 EBIT of +1m. On the positive side, operational cash flow was NOK 60m helped by lower WC.
