Smart Eye: In-licensing of iris recognition technology from Fingerprint Cards - Redeye

Smart Eye has announced an agreement to license iris recognition technology from Fingerprint Cards for a maximum consideration of SEK50m. While this deal represents an interesting step for Smart Eye in broadening its technology offering, Redeye takes a neutral stance on the relatively small transaction.
