Sivers Semiconductors: Comment on Directed Share Issue and Refinancing - Redeye

Redeye comments on Sivers' announced financing solution consisting of a SEK150m directed share issue, a SEK50m loan facility, and ongoing negotiation for another SEK50m in junior capital. The dillution from the share issue is very close to what Redeye had expected in its Base Case. Redeye raises its fair value range.
