Sdiptech: Raising SEK506m in Directed Share Issue - Redeye

Redeye has a neutral view of the directed share issue announced yesterday as increased M&A firepower is offset by dilution. We are encouraged that the acquisition pipeline continues to be strong and are positively surprised that Sdiptech has 12 companies in advanced discussions. We will get back with updated estimates.
