Railcare: Record sales level - Redeye

Redeye notes that Railcare is posting record level sales in Q2 while earnings were slightly below our forecast. Sales are somewhat “inflated” by the use of subcontractors, but still showing good growth. Losses in Contracting Abroad weigh on earnings and Railcare’s future in the UK remains uncertain. As for the business in Sweden, the outlook is much brighter and we expect a strong second half of the year.
