Prostatype: Intends to raise up to SEK 45m before the end of August 2022 - Redeye

The Prostatype Genomics Board has proposed a SEK 22.5m secured rights issue followed by SEK 22.5m in warrants at the same price as the initial right issue referring to attached warrants with a planned exercise period during Q1 2023. The total added growth capital is SEK 45m. This proposed rights issue is somewhat earlier than we expected in our recent initiation of cover.
