Announces ARR and upgrades FY'23 adj. EBITDA guidance

Today, Penneo has announced preliminary ARR for '23 and upgraded its adj. EBITDA guidance. Preliminary ARR of DKK 89.3m (corresponding to ~26% y-o-y growth) was in line with our estimate of DKK 89.5m and within the DKK 87m-92m FY'23 guidance range. The company now guides for an adj. EBITDA of negative DKK 8m-10m (previously negative DKK 10m-15m) vs. ABGSCe at negative DKK 12.5m.
