InfraCom: Acquire Koneo’s bankruptcy estate - Redeye

Redeye has found that InfraCom has purchased the bankruptcy estate of Koneo, a IT Service company with about 500 business customers. According to Helagotland, InfraCom will retain seven of the nine employees from Koneo’s bankruptcy estate and integrate them into its local Datatal office on Gotland. Koneo’s latest financial statements reported a turnover of SEK78m, though it is uncertain how much revenue will persist post-bankruptcy. Bo Kjellberg, as cited, confirms that the largest accounts are expected to remain. While the acquisition price remains undisclosed, Bo Kjellberg says, “the price tag is low and the reward high”. InfraCom has a long and successful history of acquiring bankruptcy estates. Thus, Redeye believes the acquisition will be value-enhancing despite the limited details that are known currently.
