Gapwaves Q3 2024: Strong beat driven by production equipment sales - Redeye

Gapwaves beat Redeye Research estimates (RRe) and consensus estimates by a wide margin. Net sales came in at SEK18.4m, 161% y/y with production sales representing SEK9.5m. Production equipment order slated for Frecken is substantially delivered on with SEK4.1m remaining (Redeye estimate). EBITDA excl. ACI was SEK-6.7m. Redeye expect to make minor upwards revisions short-term with limited impact on fair value range. Following a beat on RRe and cons estimates, Redeye expect 5-10% positive share reaction.
