Strategic review to consider splitting the Group

In February GiG's Board announced that it would undertake a strategic review with the intention of separating the Group into two independent publicly-listed companies. If the plan is approved, GIG would be split into two main business segments: Media Services and Platform & Sportsbook. With this report we take a bit closer look at each division ahead of the likely spin-off.
