Enea: Acquisition of AdaptiveMobile Security - Redeye

Redeye is positive to last night's acquisition which strengthens Enea’s position in cybersecurity, especially in 5G. The acquisition adds about 18% to Enea’s top line and an estimated 13% to EBIT. Our impression is that the acquisition was made to a fair valuation. As of now, we maintain our valuation.
