EG7: Update on Innova divestment - Redeye

EG7 has announced that it has signed a new agreement to divest Innova which will yield a quicker payment compared to the earlier agreement. Although the initial payment is lower than the former proposed transaction, the overall terms are more attractive in our view and further reduce the risk in EG7.
