DistIT: Enters agreement to divest Sominis - ABG

Little impact on consensus EBIT

Today, DistIT announced that it has entered into a conditional agreement to divest 100% of the shares in the Lithuanian electronics distribution subsidiary, Sominis Technology UAB. Mechanically, a divestment of Sominis would imply a cut to consensus '24e-'26e sales estimates by ~9%, however, it would not have a meaningful impact on EBIT, as our unrevised estimates indicate that Sominis will be approximately break-even going forward.
