Catella: Thoughts on main owner stepping down as CoB - Redeye

Redeye provides a comment following the recent news flow in Catella. On February 26, it was stated that the current incentive program, with warrants directed to senior personnel, will be repurchased, and that a new one will be introduced. On March 1, it was communicated that Mr. Claesson, the largest owner with c50% of the shares, will not participate for re-election, and that further changes to the board will be made. Our thoughts are elaborated below.
