Carasent: Distribution to shareholders and a CMD date announced - Redeye

Yesterday, Carasent announced that, following a review of the company’s capital structure, its board has decided to reduce the large cash position and return NOK250m to shareholders. Additionally, Carasent disclosed the date for its upcoming Capital Markets Day (CMD): November 7th. We view both pieces of news favorably.
