Medisol: an e-commerce specialist in AED sales and training
Safe Life is a group of companies specialising in sale and rental of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), associated first-aid products, and training services. As the largest holding in Byggmästaren's portfolio, representing 42% of total assets, Safe Life has delivered significant returns (for details, see our initiation report). Today, Safe Life announced the acquisition of Medisol, a Dutch e-commerce specialist in AED sales and training. Operating in 30 markets, Medisol strengthens Safe Life’s leadership in the fragmented European AED market. This acquisition, Safe Life's 27th since its founding in 2019, follows three recent acquisitions in the US and UK earlier this year.
