During Mrs. Billing's tenure, sales and EBIT increased by 20% and 43%, respectively, posting the best year for the company so far in absolute terms.Sverre Bjerkeli, Chairman, takes role as interim CEOThe Chairman of the Board, Sverre Bjerkeli, will take over as interim CEO and has therefore resigned as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Bjerkeli has extensive experience from the insurance and the IT/consulting sector, and is the largest shareholder in B3 with ~19% of the shares (through Hvaler Invest AS). He has served as CEO of Protector Forsikring until 2021, and has seven years of experience from the IT/consulting businesses Torinno and Eterra/Ementor.
