AVTECH: Key figures - Redeye

AVTECH published key figures which fell short by 5% and 7% below RRe for net sales and EBITDA, respectively. Redeye attributes this discrepancy primarily to the modeling assumptions related to the SAS agreement. The key figures imply that 50% of the SAS fleet is currently operational with ClearPath. Despite raising its operating expenses (OPEX) assumptions, Redeye is maintaining its fair value range for Avtech. It also notes that Avtech is trading at multiples for 2024e that fall between those observed in 2022 and 2023.
