Arise Q4 2024: Beats our estimates due to unexpectedly high development revenues - Redeye

Redeye considers Arise’s Q4 2024 report to be better than expected despite facing tough comps, primarily due to unexpectedly high development revenues, which was the main driver of the estimate beat. Production suffered slightly from weaker-than-expected winds in the quarter. However, Arise’s development business seems to be thriving, where the company keeps adding new projects to the portfolio and maturing “old” ones into the late-stage portfolio. We therefore believe that Arise will reach its financial target of divesting more than 400MW in 2024-2025 (where 360MW is still to go).
