Arise: Increased valuation following Pohjan Voima acquisition - Redeye

Redeye increases its Arise estimates and fair value range following the acquisition of Pohjan Voima. We deem the acquisition to be value accretive and should start contributing positively to Arise’s earnings from 2025 onwards. The acquisition should furthermore provide Arise with a splendid platform for long-term growth in Finland, given its local presence and attractive project portfolio. We also update our Q1 estimates ahead of the report (due 4 May) following the announcement of Arise’s production figures in the quarter.
