Arise: Divests Fasikan (105MW) to SCA - Redeye

Redeye is positive to see 105MW project Fasikan being divested to SCA - one of Europe’s private forest owners – with financial close today. Arise also communicated it has entered into an agreement with SCA regarding the development of approx. 1000MW of onshore wind power on parts of SCA’s land in Sweden. We share our thoughts on the divestment and the partnership in this research note.
