ADDvise: Raised Financial Targets, Brazilian Acquisition, and Refinancing - Redeye

Redeye increases its forecasts and Base Case in ADDvise somewhat following raised financial targets, the acquisition of Kolplast, and the refinancing. While we expected a raised EBITDA margin target following the strong momentum in recent quarters, the increase was slightly higher than anticipated. Considering ADDvise M&A track record, we are positive towards the acquisition, and the refinancing lowers ADDvise's relative financing costs.
