ADDvise Q3 2024: Broad miss, comparables should ease next quarter - Redeye

Redeye provides its initial take on ADDvise’s Q3 2024 report, which came in broadly below our estimates. Notable negatives include sales missing our projections, and margins coming in below our estimates adjusted for contingent consideration revaluations. However, we judge Q3 2024 was the last quarter with tough comparables for organic growth. Comparables should ease significantly from Q4 2024e, i.e., we expect better y/y organic growth starting next quarter. Overall, we will likely nudge down our net sales and margin estimates for this year but expect improvements as we advance.
