Addvise Q2 2024: Weak quarter, as expected - Redeye

Redeye provides its initial take on ADDvise’s Q2 2024 report, which came in broadly below our estimates. We judge that the report’s positives include a solid order intake and acquired growth. Notable negatives include weak organic growth, soft profitability adjusted for contingent consideration revaluations, and weak cash flow. Given soft H1 figures combined with suddenly announced leadership changes, we judge 2024e will be a challenging year for ADDvise. Still, we believe underlying subsidiaries are solid businesses and that the company should perform decently in the long term, provided it avoids additional blow-ups.
